To discover the most valued documents of the city you will only have to fall out of bed. The Casa Lonja de Mercaderes in Seville, on Avenida de la Constitución, was commissioned by King Carlos III to collect in one place all the documentation from the Spanish colonies. This historic building saves 43,000 files with 80 million pages and 8000 maps. It was declared Patrimony of the Humanity in 1987. Its schedule ranges from 9:30 to 17:00 hours.
